BTMINE account terms

Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Your account provides access to your own BTMINE records on the website and mobile app.

Creating an account does not purchase or activate mining power. An order requires separate payment confirmation. Reward forecasts are estimates and can change with Bitcoin price, mining difficulty, operating costs and actual performance.

Your name, email and authentication records are processed through BTMINE’s Supabase project. Existing order records remain associated with your verified account. Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth and are never saved as plain text in the app.

Account deletion and final settlement

You may request permanent account deletion from Profile → Delete account in the app, Account settings → Delete account on the website, or the account deletion page.

Before final closure, withdraw available BTC, arrange the return of unused USDT and resolve pending withdrawals, accrued rewards and active mining contracts. Submit your request even if you need assistance with a small balance or an active contract. Deletion does not require buying hashrate or forfeiting money. We will agree any necessary contract settlement with you and record completed payments before closing your account. Do not send new deposits while closure is being arranged; contact support about any late transfer.

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days. If financial settlement or a specific legal requirement needs more time, we will explain why and provide the next expected date in your request status. You may cancel before final deletion begins. Once completed, deletion removes access on both the app and website and cannot be undone.

Your sign-in identity, profile, invitation and sessions are deleted. Records required for a specific legal obligation or dispute may be kept for the reason and period disclosed in your receipt, with access restricted to authorized staff. Public blockchain history cannot be erased. A temporary contact email may be kept for up to 30 days after closure solely to send the deletion confirmation, and is removed sooner when delivery succeeds.
