What happens next

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days. If settlement or a legal requirement needs more time, your request status will explain the reason and the next expected date. Your account stays available for withdrawals during review and is paused when final deletion begins.

We delete your sign-in identity, profile, referral invitation, saved sessions and account notifications. Only transaction or other records needed for a specific legal obligation or unresolved dispute are retained, with the reason and retention end date shown in your receipt. Public blockchain transactions cannot be erased.
